This course is for you if...

  • Parents ready to lead with clarity and confidence, adjusting expectations, boundaries, and responses to match their child’s developmental stage.

  • You’re tired of constant power struggles and want your child to listen without yelling, nagging, and constantly repeating yourself. You're sick of being the bad guy!

  • You're stuck in cycles of tantrums, poor listening, attitude, defiance, backtalk, trouble transitioning, routines are a struggle. You want science backed, practical strategies that can be put immediately into effect.

  • Your child struggles with confidence and anxiety and more internal challenges and you are seeking research-backed social and emotional strategies to support them through these difficult moments like socializing with friends, getting out on the soccer field...etc.

  • You’re stuck in a cycle of relying on threats, bribes, and frustration—and want tools for more positive leadership.

  • You feel the guilt, frustration, and distance growing between you and your child—and you want to reconnect, feel confident as a leader, and overall more respected in your parenting.

What will you get out of this course

  • A complete, step-by-step system for handling challenging behaviors from toddlers to teens using my signature DAR framework

  • 3 hours of video training across 34 focused lessons that show you exactly what to say, do, and how to follow through

  • An 80-page, scenario-based playbook you can open in the moment and go straight to the exact issue you’re facing

  • Clear guidance for common struggles like attention-seeking, refusal, aggression, sensory behaviors, sibling conflict, screen time, anxiety, and disrespect

  • Extremely practical tools that really work at that reduce power struggles, build cooperation, and teach your child the skills they’re missing—without punishment or threats

Some Common Traps

  • Reacting in the Moment

Many parents respond out of frustration or urgency—yelling, lecturing, or punishing immediately—for the same behaviors to happen all over again the next day.

  • Relying on Threats, Rewards, and Bribes

Trying to “fix” behavior with treats, screen time, or other incentives — or with threats (“If you don’t stop I’ll…”) — can produce quick compliance but often only short‑term.

  • Missing Underlying Feelings

Focusing solely on stopping the behavior without first understanding emotions (“Stop crying” or “Just do it”) can backfire and create more disconnect. Kids may act out more because of this attitude.

How Will This Course Help Me?

  • Respond Effectively

Learn why kids behave the way they do (the four motives behind all behavior) and how to respond differently at every stage—from toddlers (16 months) to teens (16 years).

  • Practical Tools for Building Structure

Get immediately actionable strategies, including my 3-step framework for handling any behavior, plus guidance on consequences, reward systems, and avoiding the top 5 common mistakes.

  • Practical Tools for Building Nurture

Discover how emotional validation fits into behavior management, helping you guide your child confidently while strengthening your relationship.

I have canvased and researched multiple parent coaches and was drawn instantly to Julie’s approach. She hooked me with her quick clips on Facebook and then I bought her course which was really easy to follow. What I love about Julie’s approach is that she is real. She gives examples and helps with specific phrases that we can leverage with our kids. She makes the challenging task of parenting more simplistic with her guidance. Her impact comes at a time when I was near a breaking point and knew that I had to make a change in how I can get across to my 7 year old son. Julie was there for me and I share the accolades to fellow parents who are on their own journey. Thank you Julie - there are so many options of coaches out there but of all, you are the best. Truly, thank you. I am a better parent because of you and ride on the confidence you instill through your guidance. Melissa C-V

As the parent of a neurodivergent 5 year old, I've found some parenting guidance to be too vague. I've also found that sometimes the sensory component isn't addressed. This course syncs up with what our son is doing with his therapists who work with him on social skills - neutral responses, hold the boundary, keep it positive, and look for the function of the behavior. This is an excellent complement to what we are learning through working with them. Thank you!

I came across some short reels of Julie’s on instagram that I found very helpful with little bits of advice for parenting my 2 and 5 year old girls. After several exhausting days of tantrums from my 5 year old, I began to question my parenting strategy and if something was wrong with my daughter. I started seeking out materials that would help me and I dug deeper into Julie’s website and saw that she offered a class. Since I really liked her Instagram reels, I felt this might be very helpful for me. So far, it’s the exact kind of instruction that I need to be the type of parent I want to be. I was never able to put it into word before now, (high structure, high nurture) is how Julie explains it. I needed to come to the realization that that is what our household needs. Thank you Julie! I wish I could go back in time and send this class to my parents.

I found this course through an Instagram algorithm by chance. And I’m so thankful. I’m just at the beginning—but there is so much content that reminds me of best practices I’ve heard from teaching and counseling and practitioners—but put together in a format my husband and I can digest in our daily lives together. Some material like “SEAT” feels a little daunting—but I’m confident the course will circle back as I keep going. I’m eager to change my mindset and replace old habits with new habits. Thank you ☺️

I've been benefitting from her Instagram content for about 6 months. When I saw that she had a parenting course, I decided to take the class. I had some questions about it before I bought it and I messaged her and she was very responsive and helpful. Since purchasing the course, I just really love the way she lays things out and I also really love that she gives you so many real applicable examples. She tells you what is common for people to say and then gives you a script of what we ought to say instead, and this is so helpful for me because when I'm struggling with my kids and my own emotions get heightened and dysregulated, I really need to have the script committed to memory. She helps you with this. I'm loving the course and if you're on the fence, do it.

The strategies are tailored for children from 16 months to 16 years. You’ll learn how to adapt responses and expectations for each developmental stage.

  • What parenting philosophy is this course based on?

This course is based in a philosophy of high structure and high nurture parenting. So setting firm and consistent boundaries while prioritizing connection and relationship with your kids. This method has worked countless times and has positively impacted over 100 families that I have personally coached using all of the strategies covered in this course.

  • What if my child refuses to cooperate and throws frequent tantrums?

You're in the right place! This course provides a proven 3-step framework for managing any behavior, plus techniques for calming power struggles and redirecting difficult moments effectively.

  • What if my child’s behaviors are more internal, like low confidence, anxiety, or self-doubt, and not big problem behaviors?

You're in the right place! You’ll discover how acknowledging and honoring your child’s feelings helps them feel heard, reduces resistance, and strengthens your relationship—so guidance and connection go hand in hand. There’s a whole section on internalizing behaviors, where I draw on my background in social and emotional learning to show you how to support your child through moments of low confidence, anxiety, and self-doubt effectively.

  • How is the course structured?

  • Is this course self-paced or do I need to follow a schedule?

It’s completely self-paced, so you can move through it on your own timeline. Some parents binge a handful of lessons in one sitting, while others take it slow and apply the strategies step by step. You’ll also have lifetime access, so you can return to the material whenever new challenges pop up.

  • Does this course help with neurodivergent children?

The course is not a clinical or diagnostic program specifically for neurodivergent children, and it doesn’t replace individualized therapy or specialized support. That said, the strategies taught are grounded in respectful, evidence-based behavioral principles that focus on understanding the why behind behavior, meeting underlying needs, and building skills rather than using punishment or compliance-based approaches. These principles are based on how humans learn and feel safe, which is why many parents of neurodivergent children find my work helpful.
